Yes, on a case to case basis at the school’s discretion and subject to availability of space. However, we would always encourage students to join at the beginning of the Academic Year in January to minimize the disruption to their learning.
Baseline assessment together with a teacher is required for students applying into Reception Year. Students applying for Year 1 to 11 will be required to complete an assessment test to ensure appropriate class placement (such as a specific level of a foreign language or a specific level of mathematics).
Every effort is made to place students in the appropriate grade based on chronological age. Applicants coming from countries/schools where the academic calendar differs from Beaconhouse Sri Inai International School which follows the January to November calendar, may find themselves remaining in their existing grade level due to this calendar difference.
No, school uniform and books are additional cost.
Sibling discounts are given on the tuition fee only and applies as follows:
2nd , 3rd , 4th and 5th enrolled child is at 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% discount respectively. More than 5 children the 20% discount is applicable (please refer to our fee schedule). It is advisable to apply early to secure a place for your child at the School. For availability of places, please contact the Admissions Team.
School fees are reviewed annually. This is to ensure that we maintain the high level of education and services that we provide. Any change we will notify parents.
The academic year at Sri Inai runs from the beginning of January to near the end of November. The school term follows the Malaysian school semesters.
Beaconhouse does not process student visas for new students but will be able to connect parents with a Student Agent to facilitate the application process.
