OVERVIEW
Sport plays an important role at Sri Inai allowing the students not only to remain healthy and fit but also to teach our students many of the life skills needed as they pursue their academic study.
Sport increases not only physical wellness but also mental wellness. Sport encompasses collaborative teamwork, discipline, goal setting, and encourages the development of confidence, self-esteem and leadership. It can instill perseverance and resilience, as well as the ability to give things a try.
